Terms & Conditions

These terms govern purchases made through Reflection. By completing an order, the customer accepts the conditions applicable to the purchase and acknowledges having access to essential information about the product, price, delivery and returns.

Seller

The store operates under the trading name Reflection. The legal holder currently registered in Shopify is David Muñoz. For questions regarding orders or these terms, contact danielmoreno19.dmm@gmail.com.

Products

Reflection primarily sells official sealed TCG products. We aim to describe titles, images, characteristics, language and product contents accurately. Promotional images or products shown before release may differ from the manufacturer's final packaging.

Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Orders and availability

Orders are subject to availability and successful payment authorization. If a stock issue or clear error prevents us from fulfilling an order, we will contact the customer to offer an appropriate solution or, where required, cancel and refund the amounts paid.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. An order is not considered correctly confirmed until Shopify and/or the relevant payment provider completes the required checks.

Shipping

Reflection currently ships within Spain. Current rates and conditions are described in the Shipping Policy.

Pre-orders

Products identified as pre-orders may have an estimated release or arrival date. This date can change due to decisions or delays by the manufacturer, publisher or distributor. Reflection will communicate material updates when reliable information is available. See the Pre-order Terms for more detail.

Returns and consumer rights

Returns, withdrawal and refunds are governed by our specific policy and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit mandatory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

Reflection does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, characters, trade names, artwork or intellectual property belonging to manufacturers, publishers or franchises. Those rights remain with their respective owners.

Applicable law

These terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable Spanish and European law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them.
