Pre-order Terms

Some Reflection products may be offered for sale before their official release date or before stock has physically arrived.

Estimated dates

Release, arrival and shipping dates shown for pre-orders are estimates based on information from manufacturers, publishers or distributors. They may be brought forward, delayed or otherwise changed for reasons outside Reflection's control.

Payment

Unless checkout expressly shows a different arrangement, the pre-order amount is charged when the order is placed using the selected payment method.

Shipping

A pre-order will be dispatched once Reflection has received the product and it is available for order preparation. The customer will receive available shipping information once the order has been dispatched.

Release changes or cancellation

If a distributor or manufacturer materially changes a product's availability, Reflection will communicate the information available and the options that apply. If the product ultimately cannot be supplied, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Consumer rights

Pre-order status does not remove or reduce statutory consumer rights. Returns, withdrawal and refunds are governed by applicable law and Reflection's Returns & Refunds policy.
