Shipping Policy

Reflection currently ships only within Spain.

Rates

Standard shipping costs €4.95 for orders below €100. Orders of €100 or more qualify for free shipping.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared after payment has been confirmed and are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination and circumstances outside Reflection's control. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for checking that the delivery address is correct before completing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at danielmoreno19.dmm@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Issues

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, incomplete or contains an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where useful, photographs of the packaging and product so we can assess the issue.

Pre-orders

Pre-order products are shipped once the corresponding stock has been received and is available for dispatch. Release or arrival dates shown may be estimates and can change due to the manufacturer, publisher or distributor. Please also see our Pre-order Terms.
