Returns & Refunds

This policy applies to purchases made by consumers through the Reflection online store, without limiting any rights provided by applicable law.

Right of withdrawal

As a general rule, consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to notify us that they wish to withdraw from the purchase where the statutory right applies.

To start a return, email danielmoreno19.dmm@gmail.com with your order number and the products you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.

Condition of returned products

You may inspect a product in the same way you reasonably could in a physical shop. Products should be returned with all accompanying items and packaging. The consumer may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Return costs

For change-of-mind returns or statutory withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless Reflection explicitly states otherwise. If an item is incorrect, arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective under applicable consumer law, Reflection will handle the issue without passing to the customer costs that legally fall on the seller.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless expressly agreed otherwise, within the time limits required by applicable law. Where permitted by law, we may wait until the goods are received back or proof of return is supplied.

Faulty or incorrect goods

This withdrawal policy does not limit your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.
