Data we may process

Full payment card details are not stored directly by Reflection when payment is processed by Shopify or external payment providers.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to manage orders, payments, deliveries, returns and customer support; comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations; prevent fraud and protect store security; and, where consent or another valid legal basis exists, send marketing communications.

Service providers

The store uses Shopify as its ecommerce platform and may share strictly necessary data with providers involved in a purchase, such as payment processors, carriers, technology providers, accounting services or public authorities where required by law.

Retention

Personal data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and afterwards for periods required by legal obligations or the defence of potential claims.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent previously given.
